 Peer teaching started from oct 27

     ONLINE TRAINING CLASS...   As a part of teaching trainee in M.Ed. curriculum,M.Ed Trainee teachers got a chance to conduct online teaching to teach B.Ed. students.      It was conducted  from October 6 to oct 16, 2020. it was an excellent week with lot of informative class. From the B.Ed. curriculum they taught Academic supports like PTA, MPTA, Staff council, cocurricular activity from EDU11 & Gender school and society from EDU 12.For the optional subject they taught unit modern instructional strategy in emerging trend. All the teachers were very friendly and explained very well about the topics.       I really enjoyed the class and got a chance to understand the M.Ed. curriculum and their teaching styles.

 Space week 2020           World Space Week is an annual holiday observed from 4 to 10 October in over 95 nations throughout the world. World Space Week is officially defined as "an international celebration of science and technology, and their contribution to the betterment of the human condition".           2020 World Space Week is dedicated to  satellites  and their broad benefits under the theme “ Satellites  improve  life .”           As a part of the World Space  Week Nss college Ottapalam  conducted google form quiz. It was a good experience, I also attended the quiz and scored 100% also got e-certificate.👍

  REFLECTION           It was exactly 6 months passed...still we are locked due to Corona Virus. But we continued our topics and studies. As we go through the third semester we have almost completed the third sem practicals, e -content development, innovative works, health & art education reports, art album, health chart and so many...Teachers are also in the ends of the chapter completion. Our core paper physical science units completed and now we are going through the revisions. In general papers seminars and practicals completed and revision are going at the same time. In between this our first semester result came I was not at all happy  because I didn't scored as I expected. I scored 8.38....       Not the content we also celebrated the important days like Onam Celebration, Teachers day, ozone day, Gandhi Jayanti and so many. The corona virus hindered the progress of life bit the only field the virus didn't entered was the educational field.it is going at its own pace.

GANDHI JAYANTI QUIZ                     Gandhi Jayanti  is an event celebrated in India to mark the birth anniversary of  Mahatma Gandhi . It is celebrated annually on 2 October, and it is one of the three  national holidays of India . The  UN General Assembly  announced on 15 June 2007 that it adopted a resolution which declared that 2 October will be celebrated as the  International Day of Non-Violence .  Gandhi Jayanti is marked by prayer services and tributes all over India, including at Gandhi's memorial Raj Ghat in  New Delhi  where he was cremate d  . Popular activities include prayer meetings, commemorative ceremonies in different cities by colleges, local government institutions and socio-political institutions.  Our college also conducted quiz programme. Social science department "Heritage" club conducted quiz competition I also participated and scored 90%.
