 Innovative work           I nnovation  is commonly defined as the "carrying out of new combinations” that include “the introduction of new goods, new methods of production etc.  As a part of our B. Ed curriculum we have modify a topic in  new idea. Here I chose a chemistry topic. I chose "PERIODIC TABLE" as topic and made an interactive scrap magazine which includes history, amazing facts, motivational quotes, Fun with chemistry, periodic clock and also word search and word-puzzle. It is a simple magazine to make students more attentive and concentrating the topics.  Personal Health and Nutrition chart Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.  The link between good nutrition and healthy weight, reduced chronic disease risk, and overall health is too important to ignore. By taking steps to eat healthy, you'll be on your way to getting the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, active, and strong. As with physical activity, making small changes in your diet can go a long way, and it's easier than you think! As a part of our B. HEALTH EDUCATION REPORT Health education is any combination of learning experiences designed to help individuals and communities improve their health , by increasing their knowledge or influencing their attitudes. Health education is one strategy for implementing health promotion and disease prevention programs. Health education provides learning experiences on health topics. Health education strategies are tailored for their target population. Health education presents information to target populations on particular health topics, including the health benefits/threats they face, and provides tools to build capacity and support behavior change in an appropriate setting. As a part of our B.   SEPTEMBER 16 OZONE DAY The international community is observing the World Ozone Day (WOD) on September 16 marking the 35 years of the Vienna Convention for the protection of the ozone layer. From our school days, we have learned the importance of the ozone layer and how it helps to save us from harmful radiation emitted by the sun.    This year's theme for the World Ozone Day 2020 is "Ozone for life: 35 years of ozone layer protection".    In 1985, the governments at the global level adopted the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer. Two years later in 1987, the Montreal Protocol was drafted where the governments, scientists and industry worked together to cut out 99 per cent of all ozone-depleting substances.   E-CONTENT                Wide varieties of digital materials which are of educational significance are available online. Some of the quality materials which are available free of cost or with minimum restrictions can be used, re-used and modified by teachers and students for their teaching and learning.  As textbooks are too expansive, the students are switching from textbooks to digital course materials. E- Content and Digital text workshop  In this digital era a teacher need all technological skills to make their class excellent. As a part of our B.Ed curriculum we got a chance to attend the workshop related to digital text making and E-Contact conducted  by Peet Memorial College,Mavelikkara. The resource person was Dr. K S Sajan  assistant professor  of NSS Training College Ottapalam.The class was excellent. The workshop was held in sep7 &8 2020 from 10am-4pm. We came across with many apps and did many works in them. Actually this workshop was very useful to me as  well as all other student teacher as we are stepping to the teaching profession. In this lockdown time we understood how to make an online class effective?  Through these  workshops  we can improve our skills and technological knowledge.
